How to book
Message us on WhatsApp or call +971 50 266 6758. Tell us the service you would like and your preferred date and time. Your appointment is confirmed once we reply to confirm it.
Opening hours
Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Closed on Mondays.
Changing or cancelling
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please tell us as early as possible by WhatsApp or phone, so that we can offer the time to another client.
Arriving late
Please arrive on time. If you are late, we may need to shorten the service or move it to another time, depending on our schedule.
Deposits
Where a deposit applies to a service, for example for a larger booking, we will tell you before we confirm your appointment.
Home service
For home visits, please share your location and preferred time on WhatsApp. We will confirm availability and any extra details before the visit.
If something is not right
If you are not happy with a service, please tell us as soon as possible, ideally before you leave or within a day, so that we can look into it.
